1. What is the maximum number of seats that can be booked via pay1Travel.in?

You can book up to nine seats at a time (except Jet Lite)


2. Can I book return tickets also?

Yes, you can book return tickets wherever they are available. At the moment, from the major cities and will be soon available for more destinations.


3. What are the modes of payment?

We accept only Reatiler Wallet Payment.


4. How can I get my tickets online?

After completion of your transaction you can directly print your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking confirmation" page.Kindly carry along the print out of the ticket , along with the photo identity proof. Your id should have the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.


5. Can I reserve a particular seat?

Yes, in most instances, you can reserve a particular seat, as long as it is available.Not all flights have the option of online seat assignment.Policies on advanced seating vary from airline. Some airlines assign seats immediately, others may only assign seats 90 days before the flight, and several airlines wait to assign seats until the day of the flight.


6. How can I cancel my flight tickets?

It's possible to cancel flights from within the 'Ticket Queue' screen. Here you need to select the 'Request Change' option for the relevant PNR


7. What is the cancellation policy?

Each airline has their own cancellation policy. Therefore, we suggest that you always cancel the flight as early as possible, and certainly no less than two hours before the departure time.


8. How much baggage can I carry on the flight?

9. What if my baggage is lost, stolen or delayed?

In such a situation, immediately report the loss or delay to the concerned airline counter at the destination and file an indemnity report and submit it at the same counter. The airline concerned will try to trace your baggage at the earliest.


10. What is the cabin baggage allowance prescribed by the airlines?

Generally, airlines permit one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 7 kg, with set dimensions 115 cm (length 50 cm + height 45 cm + width 20 cm).
• Laptop is permitted in addition to the hand baggage. Most airline also permit other articles like an umbrella, Infant’s food for consumption in flight and infant’s carrying basket, A pair of crutches and/or other prosthetic devices for the passenger’s use provided the passenger is dependent upon them, etc
• Exceeding the maximum permitted baggage allowances will entail excess baggage charges.


11. Can I hold a booking prior to confirming it?

Yes, you can hold a booking for 24 hours. You then need to confirm that booking within the 24 hour period, otherwise the reservation will automatically be released.


12. From where can my customer get their boarding pass?

Boarding passes are given to customers at the time of check-in. Ensure they take their e-ticket and one form of identification with them when travelling.


13. What documents do I need to carry to check-in for my flight?

It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted.
In case of an infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.


14. I am travelling with an infant. Is there anything special I need to know?

Babies between the ages of 0 to 2 years are considered to be an infant.
Infants are not allocated separate seats.
For an infant ticket, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.


15. Why do you need my passport details?

Certain airlines have made it mandatory to feed passport details of a passenger in the reservation. That is why we require the customer to furnish us the passport details at the time of reservation.


16. What is Non LCC airline?

Non LCC stands for Non low cost carrier airline. Non LCC airline provide the option of hold ticket.


17. In some airline E-ticket show the terminal detail but in some airline E-ticket does not show the terminal detail?

If airline provides the terminal detail, then E-ticket reflects the same and if airline does not provide the terminal detail in response then E-ticket does not reflect the terminal detail.




1. Is there cancellation fee of hotel ticket?

Yes, A cancellation fee charge on cancellation of every hotel ticket. Cancellation fee of Hotel ticket is the sum of the hotel supplier cancellation fee.
Hotel supplier cancellation fee varies based on hotel supplier as well as the time before departure that a ticket is canceled. The cancellation policy applicable on user booking is printed on user e-ticket. Below is general guide of the cancellation policy.Suppose the hotel check in date 25-Dec.

• Cancellation made later than 23-Dec-11 12:00 PM and No-Show, will attract the cost of the first night (including taxes) and administrative fee as penalty charge.
• No penalty (except for administrative fee) shall be charged for cancellations upto 23-Dec-11 12:00 PM.
• Partial cancellations made later than 23-Dec-11; 12:00 PM.
• If the 1st night is canceled, then the cost of the 1st night (including taxes) and administrative fee will apply as penalty charge.
• If any other night is canceled, then no charge (except for administrative fee) for the night(s) canceled.
No penalty (except for administrative fee) shall be charged for partial cancellations upto 23-Dec-11 12:00 PM. Hotel cancellation charges = Hotel cancellation charges as per hotel cancellation policy.


2. How can I cancel the vouchered hotel ticket

In Travelpay1 portal Auto cancellation of hotel ticket is not live for user(agent). Neither complete ticket cancellation nor partial cancellation of hotel ticket . So if user wants to cancel hotel ticket then he has to send the request to the admin through portal along with the cancellation detail and then admin cancel the ticket and process the refund In the agent account.
Admin deduct the cancellation charges from the booking amount of hotel ticket and Process rest amount in the agency account. Cancellation charges is the sum of the hotel supplier cancellation charge and TBO admin charge.

Amount refunded to user(Agent) = Booking amount - Hotel supplier Cancellation charges – TBO Admin Fee

Steps for Sending cancellation request of hotel ticket:

• Login the portal.
• Click on the Hotel booking under the Hotel tab.
• Filter the ticket through various available filter.
• After filtering the ticket click on the “Change request”link.
• Pop window will appear having drop down box in which user has to select “Cancel hotel Booking".
• In the remark section user has to give reason of cancellation.
• Click on the “Send Request” button.


3. How can I edit the hotel booking amount?

Hotel markup can be added by the user in two ways.
• Fix Value.
• Percentage value.

Steps for Setting hotel markup:
• Login the portal.
• Click on the “View Profile” link , profile page would get display.
• Set the mark up corresponding to the Domestic and International hotel.
• Click on the “Save Changes” button.


4. How can I print hotel E-Ticket?

• Login the portal.
• Click on the Hotel Booking under the Hotel tab.
• Filter the ticket through various available filter( Hotel Name, Guest name, Confirmation No).
• After filtering the ticket click on the “Open” button.
• Click on “View Voucher” link, hotel voucher would get display.
• Click on the “Print” link.


5. How can I mail hotel voucher?

• Login the portal.
• Click on the Hotel Booking under the Queue tab.
• Filter the ticket through various available filter( Hotel name, Guest name, Confirmation no).
• After filtering the ticket click on the “Open” button.
• Click on “View Voucher” link, hotel voucher would get display.
• Click on the “Email Voucher “ button.
• Enter the Email id.
• Click on the “Send mail” button.


6. How can I come to know whether hotel room is air conditioner or not?
